Friday Foto Fun Review: What if Vinylmations Ate Food?

Last Friday on Facebook, I posed the question: What if Vinylmations Ate Food? This was the first in a series of weekly questions that will be appearing each Friday. The goal of this weekly queries is to provide an opportunity for all of us as Vinylmation Fans/Collectors to enjoy our artistic collection in our own creative way.

This past weekend the creativity was based around the idea of food. Various directions I imagined that one could take this. Do you incorporate one of the many food vinylmations from the Urban, Cutesters, or So Tasty series? Do you focus on a human or animal vinylmation eating real food? Or do you go Alfred Hitchcock and have a human/animal vinylmation devouring a food vinylmation? (oh the humanity!)

Some interesting pics were sent in this past weekend and I want to highlight a couple of the most interesting.

First we have: Spaghetti Eating Spaghetti

Three things I love about this one: 1) how similar the real food and the vinylmation look, 2) that this vinylmation is making sure to drink from a Disney Parks mug, and 3) the creepiness that is spaghetti-cannibalism

(Oh, and thanks for using a fork – no one likes a messy vinylmation)

The other photo I would like to highlight: Mice Out of Control

To start, vinylmation ‘army’ pictures always make me smile. Furthermore, what a great set-up for this picture. Plus, the photographer leaves you with a question that we the audience must answer: Are the mice on the left passed out from cheese overdose or are they infatuated with the remaining contents of that bag?
